About the Role

Hytech is setting up a new Withdrawal Risk Control Review Team
, tasked with reviewing client withdrawal transactions to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance before processing. As a member of this front-line team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding client funds while supporting the company's financial compliance and risk management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review withdrawal requests, verifying client identity, transaction purpose, and legitimacy of funds.
• Detect and escalate irregular or suspicious activities promptly.
• Analyze withdrawal data, support reconciliation processes, and maintain accurate case records.
• Prepare summary reports and effectively communicate findings with the team.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Compliance teams to resolve cases efficiently.
• Work on a
  rotating shift schedule
  (morning, evening, night) to ensure 24/7 support coverage.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Proven experience in
  payment processing, fund flow review, or risk control
  , with strong ability to identify and assess high-risk scenarios.
• Proficient in
  Excel
  for daily reconciliation, case tracking, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with
  PowerPoint
  , able to assist in preparing case analyses and management reports.
• Experience collaborating with
  Sales, Customer Service, and Risk Control
  teams.
• Fluent in
  spoken and written English
  .
• Minimum of
  3 years' experience
  in
  Contracts for Difference (CFD)
  or related financial industries.
• Strong understanding of
  anti-money laundering (AML) laws
  and payment application processes.
• Experience in
  customer document review and verification
  .
• Proficient in using tools such as
  Excel, LexisNexis, SumSub, and Ethoca
  .

Location:
Ortigas, Pasig (Tektite Tower – East Tower, 8th Floor)

Work Setup:
Full-time | Onsite | Rotational Shifts (Day, Mid, Night)
