As a Marketing Operations Specialist at vidaXL, you will be integral to the management and optimization of our web shops. Your primary responsibility will be to select auction products and oversee their presence on our platforms, ensuring a seamless and effective e-commerce experience.

Key Responsibilities and Core Tasks

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Work with leadership to suggest improvements for web shops.
  • Support Operations: Complete additional assignments from the Manager to assist with overall operations.
  • Overtime Availability: Be available to work overtime on weekends for critical tasks.
  • Reporting Structure: This position reports to the Marketing Operations Lead.
  • Product Selection and Upload: Identify best-selling auction products and upload them to our web shops on a weekly or monthly basis.
  • Order Management: Download, review, and approve orders from the affiliate network.
  • Image Approval: Review and approve published images based on our requirements using our dedicated tool.
  • Report Generation: Check customers' redeemed loyalty points and CS vouchers/coupons, generating redemption export reports.
  • Fraud Prevention: Identify and block fraudulent or malicious customers from auctions or placing orders.
  • Content Creation: Develop and publish web shop stories in multiple languages according to web shop requirements.
  • Translation Coordination: Create Jira tickets for Cypher translations needed for web shops.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • E-commerce Knowledge: Basic understanding of e-commerce and marketing concepts.
  • Responsibility: Strong sense of accountability and ownership for tasks and outcomes.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, efficient, and meticulous in completing tasks.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a collaborative spirit and a positive work attitude.
