We are hiring a Frontend-Focused Java Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in frontend technologies and solid experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will take the lead in building modern user interfaces using ReactJS, while also contributing to backend services built in Java and Spring Boot, with Kafka integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, responsive web interfaces using ReactJS
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and deliver seamless user experiences
  • Contribute to backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, as needed
  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional and scalable frontend code
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Troubleshoot and resolve frontend and integration issues
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOps

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 6–8 years of hands-on software development experience
  • Strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
  • Solid experience in Java and the Spring Boot framework
  • Experience integrating with messaging platforms such as Apache Kafka
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation
  • Familiarity with modern frontend tools and build pipelines (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

  • Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git)
  • Exposure to containerization and cloud environments (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
