The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse. This includes managing inventory, supervising staff, ensuring the timely and accurate receiving and shipping of goods, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized working environment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of warehouse management systems and best practices.

II. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operations Management:
  • Oversee all daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
  • Implement and manage the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accurate inventory tracking and control.
  • Schedule and monitor inbound and outbound shipments to maximize efficiency and meet delivery deadlines.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision:
  • Directly supervise a team of warehouse associates, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and high performance.
  • Develop weekly work schedules and manage daily shift assignments to ensure adequate coverage and task completion.
  • Inventory Control:
  • Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular cycle counting and physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve all inventory discrepancies, reporting issues to management.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all inventory, including hazardous materials and high-value items, according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Safety & Compliance:
  • Champion a culture of safety by enforcing company and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety meetings, training, and audits.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is operated safely and maintained properly.
  • Maintain a high level of housekeeping and organization (5S principles) within the warehouse.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
