Your Role
As an AU Customer Care Co-Ordinator, you are responsible for:
Role Overview The Customer Care Coordinator delivers exceptional customer support across phone, email, and live chat. This role manages inquiries, resolves issues, coordinates logistics, and ensures a seamless customer experience while fostering positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Logistics Management
- Monitor and prioritise logistics tasks
- Process requests promptly and provide stakeholder updates
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate delays proactively
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve bottlenecks
- Handle complaints to improve customer satisfaction
2. Customer Care Management
- Manage customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues efficiently and escalate complex cases
- Oversee returns, refunds, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Ensure timely ticket resolution and accurate information
3. Reporting & Order Management
- Maintain and update allocated reports
- Review and approve online orders, including weekends
4. Ad Hoc Support
- Perform additional tasks to support team and business needs
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous customer service or call center experience (retail, logistics, CS, or sales)
- Experience with inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work rotating weekday or weekend shifts
Preferred:
- Experience with Zendesk and NetSuite
- Familiarity with e-commerce or furniture industry

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
