Valenzuela, Philippines Tropical Focus Phils. Full time ₱120,000 - ₱240,000 per year

· Perform pre-checkup of all system equipment prior to start the operations in the chiller room.

· Coordinate with the Duty Officer for the POM Plan for daily logs to ensure all equipment operates within defined parameters.

· Assist contractors for equipment repairs and check-up

· Conduct periodic inspections to see all equipment and controls are operating properly

. Report defects or any problem arise for improvement, alterations or repairs

· Conduct preventive and routine maintenance on all chillers, pumps & cooling towers as directed and in accordance with maintenance procedure by selecting and using the correct tools and equipment for specific job

· Perform other related tasks as assigned by Project Manager and Duty Officer

· Monitor of chiller operation , cooling tower, and level of water

· Maintain cleanliness of plant and office

* To be assigned in SM City Valenzuela

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
