Job description

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing and brand strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and effective delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Analyze market data and campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with sales and implementation marketing and project development teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in marketing.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure alignment with the company's marketing objectives.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, brand development, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand management, digital marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM software, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for marketing innovation.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and resource management to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
