Job Description:

Green Cross Inc., a trusted leader in health and hygiene products, is looking for a Project-based SAP Encoder to join our operations team in Muntinlupa.

This role is project-based and ideal for candidates looking to gain solid hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt, inspection, and issuance of raw materials, parts, and supplies in accordance with company warehousing procedures
  • Supervise storage and handling activities, ensuring proper documentation and accurate inventory tracking
  • Lead monthly physical inventory counts and reconcile records to maintain stock accuracy
  • Maintain and update inventory tracking files (Excel) and generate reports to monitor stock levels
  • Monitor critical inventory items and help establish reorder points to minimize delays in operations
  • Support the planning and scheduling of inbound shipments, including imported items, to optimize space and reduce costs
  • Coordinate with Purchasing and QA teams to ensure correct specifications and on-time deliveries
  • Oversee the return logistics process for defective or excess items, including documentation and vendor coordination

Qualifications:

  • Open to Fresh Graduates
  • Bachelor's degree holder (open to any course)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • With experience in SAP (preferred but not required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent in analytical thinking and decision-making, especially in operations
  • Can work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Amenable to a shifting schedule (Monday to Saturday)
  • Residing near or willing to work in Muntinlupa
  • Willing to accept a project-based.
