What will you do?
- Provide onsite hardware and software support services to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving break/fix issues for PCs, printers, mobile phones, and tablets.
- Diagnose and repair end-user system failures, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripheral equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues from the user device to the network.
- Support and maintain asset and inventory management activities, including CMDB tagging, physical inventory checks, and accurate record updates for all IT equipment and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with onsite and remote teams to ensure timely incident resolution and excellent customer satisfaction.
- May be required to render overtime in order to support events, townhalls, and critical business activities.
What do you need to succeed?
- Open to Fresh Graduates of any IT related course.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and replacing hardware for PCs, laptops, and end-user equipment.
- Experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting mobile phones and tablets (iOS and Android).
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams and Outlook, and familiarity with Intune for mobile device management.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Active Directory, Intune, and remote device management solutions.
- Working knowledge of printer and peripheral hardware support.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security tools and practices (e.g., Symantec Endpoint Protection, Bitlocker, SCCM, RDP).
- Experience troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues, including VPN support.
- Amenable to work onsite in FPIP, Tanauan, Batangas
