Job Summary:
The Helper assist the Company Driver. Perform unloading, loading, preparation of items for delivery in compliance with product handling standards of the Company in a safe, accurate and efficient manner.
Role Accountability:
o Safe product handling of items and correct delivery to customers.
o Deal with customers in an appropriate manner and appearance.
o Provide honest and correct information to customers regarding the delivered items.
o Assist the Company Driver at all times. Maintenance of delivery vehicle.
Job Specification:
o Educational Attainment
o Preferably, but not necessary,a graduate of secondary education or vocational course
o Work Experience
o At least 6 months of related work experience; preferably in logistics or transportation company
o Previous material handling experience is preferred.
