Placement Advisor

Role Summary

The Placement Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming inquiries with professionalism and care. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, assisting clients in understanding our services, and ensuring timely and effective follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed placements. The Placement Advisor plays a critical role in building trust with clients and supporting the company's mission of delivering reliable and high-quality service providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, and requirements to prospective clients.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to nurture leads and encourage service bookings.
• Maintain updated records of client interactions and inquiries in the CRM or tracking system.
• Coordinate with the operations and support team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Meet or exceed monthly inquiry conversion and client satisfaction targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the manager when necessary while ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not strictly required).
• Previous experience in
  customer service, sales, or client relations
  is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written, English and Filipino).
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
• Proactive, persuasive, and results-driven.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Computer-literate and familiar with CRM tools, email, and messaging platforms.
