Duties and Responsibilities
1. Quality Assurance Processes
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Control Plan, Quality and Food Safety Management System (QFSMS) and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to quality assurance.
2. Audits and Inspections
Plan and conduct internal audits of production processes, facilities, and documentation to verify adherence to quality standards.
Coordinate and support external audits by regulatory agencies and customers, ensuring timely response to findings and corrective actions.
3. Data Analysis and Reporting
Analyze quality-related data, including test results, production records, and customer feedback, to identify
trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings, trends, and recommendations for management review.
4. Training and Support
Provide training to production and quality assurance teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Serve as a resource and point of contact for quality-related inquiries and issues, facilitating resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
5. Regular and Periodic Activities
5.1 Daily Activities
Monitor production processes and quality control measures to ensure product integrity and compliance with
specifications.
Review and approve batch records, testing protocols, and quality documentation.
Performs and Certifies Chemical Analysis
5.2. Weekly/Monthly Activities
Conduct scheduled audits of production lines, storage areas, and sanitation practices to maintain GMP, QFSMS and Hazard Control Plan compliance.
Perform trend analysis of quality metrics to identify recurring issues and opportunities for corrective actions.
Facilitate quality review meetings with production teams to discuss performance, issues, and action plans.
Management of Chemicals: inventory, safety, waste management and pollution control.
5.3 Quarterly/Annual Activities
Coordinate and participate in regulatory inspections and customer audits, ensuring readiness and compliance with requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance systems and processes through periodic reviews and audits.
Recommend and implement improvements to quality assurance programs based on audit findings and industry best practices.
Inspection of laboratory with respect to Chemistry Law

Work Environment
Work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment within the food and beverage industry, with exposure to
production processes and varying temperatures.
He/She is entitled for a hazard pay.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field required.
PRC Licensed Professional Food Technologist, Chemical Technician or Chemist.
At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance or a related field within the food and beverage industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience with quality management systems, audits, and regulatory compliance.
Skills/Abilities
Strong understanding of GMP, Hazard Control Plan, QFSMS and food safety regulations.
Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a production and office environment, including occasional lifting and moving of equipment.
