QMS Specialist

• Responsible for the supervision of System Quality and Engineering department.
• Responsible to assure all parts in good quality.
• Responsible to assure enough manpower to support QA/QC and Engineering activity.
• Responsible to handle and facilitate the monthly quality meeting.
• Responsible to lead the monthly top management meeting to customer
• Responsible to accommodate all audit as request by the customer.
• Responsible to assure all measuring are being calibrated.
• Responsible for the approval of start-up production
• Responsible for the evaluation of all employees under SQE department
• Responsible to motivate all employees under SQE department for the continual improvement of KAIZEN
• Responsible to push all activity such as KPI, Management Review and Audit Review
• Act as the window person in quality assurance and control to all customer
• Responsible for the company's quality management system implementation

Job Qualification

• Graduate of BS Computer Science
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Coordination Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Trained or aware in ISO/IATF standards, certificate holder is a plus factor but not required
• Knowledge in document control and management processes
• Excellent communicator, a team player, confident & assertive
