Job Description Develop, calibrate, validate, and monitor credit risk and business models.

Utilize programming tools like Python, R, SQL, and SAS for data analysis and model creation. Apply machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to optimize business processes and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit strategy with overall business goals.

Create visual reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Qlik to communicate insights. Ensure models comply with regulatory standards and internal policies. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships across various levels.

The Successful Applicant Holds a bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA is a plus. Possesses over 3 years of experience in model development, calibration, validation, and monitoring. Demonstrates expertise in programming languages (Python, R, SQL, SAS) and statistical tools.

Familiar with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Qlik. Has a solid understanding of credit strategy, credit cycles, and business metrics. Exhibits strong integrity, competence, and physical/mental fitness for the role.
