Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers in Korean via phone, email, chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and navigating the company's website or online platform.
  • Document customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues or escalate them as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem resolution.
  • Stay updated on product/service knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or similar environment, is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and other relevant tools.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php70,000.00 per month
