THE ROLE (JOB DESCRIPTION):

As a Scaffolder, you will support the construction and installation of water systems by assembling, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures safely and accurately.

You'll work closely with engineers, welders, fabricators, and construction leads to ensure safe access to elevated work areas across manufacturing, pipelines, plant installation, and system commissioning sites.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Erect, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures based on requirement and site layout
• Read and follow site instructions, layout drawings, height requirements, and installation plans
• Ensure scaffolding is compliant with safety standards, load requirements, and stability inspections
• Secure platforms, guardrails, braces, and additional protection systems
• Conduct routine inspection and reporting of scaffolding conditions
• Assist with site safety implementation and hazard mitigation
• Coordinate with project supervisors to ensure work progress aligns with timeline
• Maintain proper care and inventory of scaffolding tools, components, and materials
• Strictly comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements, and operational SOPs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least High School Graduate or TESDA Graduate (Construction, Scaffolding, or related trade)
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Scaffolder (construction, fabrication, industrial or plant site experience preferred)
• Candidates must possess scaffolding experience from any relevant sector including construction, fabrication, or industrial environments
• Knowledge of scaffold erection procedures, site safety, hand and power tools
• Able to read and interpret basic layout plans or site instructions
• Physically fit and comfortable working at elevated heights
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and disciplined
• Willing to travel and work at project sites anywhere in the Philippines
• Certification in Scaffolding or Construction Safety is an advantage
