About the role

Lakpue Drug Inc., a leading veterinary distributor company, is seeking an experienced Legal Supervisor to join their dynamic legal team. This full-time role will be based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, and will play a crucial part in supporting the company's corporate and commercial legal matters.

What you'll be doing

  • Assists the Asst. Legal Manager in the day to day operations of the Legal Department
  • Draft various corporate and legal documents.
  • Draft and review contracts in compliance with relevant laws.
  • Liaise with judicial and quasi judicial bodies and other government agencies.
  • Coordinate with external counsels with respect to cases filed before judicial and quasi judicial bodies.

What we're looking for

  • Law Graduate/ Bar Passer

  • At least 1 year of experience in a legal enviroment.

  • Familiarity with government compliance.
