Best Tools is hiring Sales Associates for our Bocaue, Bulacan branch

Position Summary:

The Sales Associate will engage with customers, provide product guidance, and help achieve store sales goals. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, promoting products, and supporting daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers to create a positive shopping experience.
  • Drive sales through product recommendations, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and updates.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Support pre-sale and post-sale activities.
  • Participate in store promotions or events as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain smooth store operations.

Qualifications:

  • High School graduate or currently pursuing a college degree.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in sales or retail preferred.
  • Adaptable team player with alignment to company values.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Available to start immediately.

Additional Requirement:

  • Willing to undergo training in Manila.
