ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Floor Manager who will lead, coach, and inspire our Customer Care Associates (CCA) — our frontliners who represent the warmth and hospitality of our brand. The Floor Manager will ensure that every guest receives genuine Filipino service, great food, and a memorable dining experience.
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Supervise all Customer Care Associates (Waitresses) to maintain top-quality service and smooth restaurant operations.
- Ensure consistent customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and orderliness of the dining area.
- Monitor team performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Train and guide CCA staff on service etiquette, upselling, and guest engagement.
- Coordinate closely with Kitchen and Cashier teams for seamless food service flow.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism, warmth, and problem-solving grace.
- Oversee table assignments, reservations, and crowd management during peak hours.
- Support daily sales operations, inventory, and shift schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a restaurant setting.
- With strong background in managing Customer Care Associates / Waitresses.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Preferably with experience in Filipino or casual dining restaurants.
- Must be willing to work in Bocaue, Bulakan.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and commitment to high standards.
