Responsibilities:

  • The IT Business Process Analyst (Project Based) position is critical to ACI's ERP Implementation Project. The IT BPA will support the Functional team in updating to-be process maps, business requirements, policies and procedures, documentation of training, data cleansing and data migration, user testing and sign offs.
  • The IT BPA will be the main document controller for all ERP files. He will work closely with the internal ERP team and the third party implementation service providers.
  • The IT BPA will also assist users in updating the policies and procedures relevant to the implementation of the ERP.
  • Analyze and improve business processes: This involves identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing workflows. Business process analysts use data analysis, process mapping, and other techniques to identify these areas.
  • Design and implement new processes: Once they've identified areas for improvement, business process analysts work with stakeholders to design new processes that are more efficient and effective. This may involve creating flowcharts, writing process documentation, and developing training materials.
  • Communicate with stakeholders: Business process analysts need to be able to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, including executives, managers, and employees. They need to be able to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise way, and they need to be able to persuade others to adopt new processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends: The business process analyst role requires staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies. This allows them to identify new opportunities for process improvement and to recommend the latest tools and techniques to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably at least a year of relevant work experience in business process reviews.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Has experience in preparing flowcharts, policies and procedures
  • Experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar field.
  • Familiarity with process mapping software, data analysis tools, and workflow management systems is essential.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Experience in ERP implementations is an advantage
  • Experience in using tools like MS Visio, Lucid, MS Excel, Canva
  • Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Engineering or other relevant fields.
  • Open for project-based employment.
