Job Summary

  • Assists the store manager in running an efficient and profitable operation.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the store meets Company standards in sales, staffing, products quality, visual merchandising, cleanliness and operations. The shift supervisor assists the store manager with the goal of providing customers with excellent, quality products and fast, friendly service.
  • Enforces all procedures in the absence of the store manager and coordinates, as necessary, with the Corporate Office, Manages the training of service staff.

Qualifications

  • At least (1) year work experience as a store supervisor or manager in a service-oriented industry such as hotel, restaurant and coffee shops
  • Graduate of a four-year course
  • Proficient on computer and usage of basic software programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must be able to work overtime, including special events as needed
  • Demonstrates high customer management orientation, with the ability to make decisions and take actions to ensure customer needs are met
  • Basic English Communication Skills
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented and able to multi task
  • People management capability in coaching, developing, and supervising a team
