AI Solutions Developer – Manila based
As an AI Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying internal AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Pages, and Power Automate. This role focuses on automating critical business processes and delivering impactful solutions.

What You'll Do:

  • Build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages).
  • Translate Excel-based commercial models into logic-driven Copilot flows.
  • Develop intake forms, interfaces, and basic data outputs via Power Pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and map processes.
  • Ensure quality, accuracy, and usability of automated solutions.
  • Monitor performance, capture feedback, and enhance agent capabilities over time.

You'll Be Someone Who Can Bring:

  • 3–6 years of experience in application development or process automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Pages.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other conversational AI/agent frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of Excel logic, formulas, and commercial modeling.
  • Ability to translate business workflows into automated logic flows.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, with attention to user experience.
  • A proactive mindset with a builder mentality.
