  1. Ensures all receivables and payable are collected and paid on time .

  2. Ensure that the 2307 form is issued and received

  3. Prepares a monthly financial monitoring of the company's cash flow.

  4. Monitoring of Monthly Payment Schedule, ensure that all bills, payment requests, transactions and vouchers are processed on time.

  5. Reconciling Accounts, check any variances and resolve discrepancies with the vendors or with other departments from our organization.

  6. Maintaining Records, keep monitoring of accounts payable aging summary and expense monitoring. Maintain clean and organized files by keeping accounts payable records up to date.

  7. Communicate with Vendors/Other Departments, establish and maintain relationship with vendors and other departments from our organization. Actively respond to vendor queries.

  8. Payment to Vendors, creation of payments and releasing to vendors. Timely provide proof of payments and ensure all invoices and documents are submitted and complete upon releasing the payment.

  9. Updating and Maintaining Records, keep track of the accounts payable files and records. Perform administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, sending billing reminders, filing paper works.

  10. Generating Reports, producing daily, weekly, semi-monthly and monthly accounts payable, check issuances and payment summary reports.

  11. Participates in the implementation of the Organization's Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety Program.

  12. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28, Php34,000.00 per month
