Job Summary:

Manila Creamery is on the lookout for friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales & Service Crew. This position focuses on providing excellent customer service while driving product sales in a dynamic and upbeat gelato shop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a high level of hospitality
  • Promote and sell gelato and other products to maximize daily sales
  • Upsell product combinations and seasonal specials
  • Take and process orders accurately through the POS system
  • Ensure store cleanliness and maintain food safety standards
  • Provide top-notch service and resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Support daily operations including restocking and basic food preparation

Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sales-driven and service-oriented mindset
  • Willing to undergo training – Fresh graduates welcome to apply
  • Must be willing to work in ONE AYALA MALL-Makati City
  • CAN START ASAP

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
