JOB DESCRIPTION
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer Service: non-Insurance accounts
- Open to HS(old curriculum)/SHS grads, college undergraduates and college grads with at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good communication skills
- Open to work onsite
- Amenable to work on shifting scheduled and during holidays if needed
Customer Service: Insurance accounts
- Open to college undergraduates and college grads with at least 1 year financial/healthcare/insurance work experience

Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
