About the RoleWe're seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our growing development team.

You'll play a key role in designing and implementing interactive web applications and backend services, working alongside our design and QA teams to deliver seamless digital experiences for our users. This is a dayshift, full-time, work-from-home role with weekends off—perfect for developers looking for balance, flexibility, and meaningful work. What

You'll DoDevelop and maintain modern, user-focused web applications using JavaScript (React, , or vanilla JS). Build and support backend systems and custom tools with PHP, integrating APIs and internal services. Design and maintain automated testing pipelines using Selenium WebDriver.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including design, QA, and backend to ship and support new features. Participate in agile sprints, peer code reviews, and technical planning sessions. Contribute to codebase improvements, maintain clean documentation, and uphold high coding standards.

Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), with experience in frameworks like React or Solid PHP development experience, ideally with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for browser-based testing and automation.

Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and secure web communication. Proficiency in HTML5/CSS3 and responsive, cross-browser web design best practices. Experience using Git and working collaboratively via GitHub or similar platforms.

Nice To Have:Experience developing internal dashboards or content management systems (CMS).

Familiarity with unit testing frameworks and QA automation best practices. Exposure to CI/CD workflows or cloud development environments (e.g., AWS, Docker). Strong debugging skills and a problem-solving mindset across the full stack.
