Tekla Structural Steel Detailer

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Tekla Structures.
- Solid background in structural steel detailing.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Familiarity with Australian standards is an advantage.
- Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is beneficial but not required.
- Exposure to laser scanning and point cloud technology is a plus but not essential.
Key Skills
- Capable of independently managing and detailing projects from start to finish.
- Strong technical drawing and presentation skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Create 3D models of structural steel using Tekla Structures.
- Coordinate with consultants' 3D models as well as architectural and engineering drawings.
- Prepare assemblies, single-part drawings, and marking plans.
- Generate IFC models and digital files to support automated steel processing.
- Provide Tekla data for accurate digital set-outs on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants.
