Senior Azure Integration Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Integration Consultant to deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions and lead Azure platform readiness activities. This role is ideal for a seasoned consultant with a strong background in integration services who can also guide organizations through their Azure adoption journey, including cloud readiness assessments, landing zone design, and migration preparation. You will lead the design and development of secure, cloud-native integration architectures, contribute to platform readiness, and work across the full lifecycle of integration and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Readiness & Platform Enablement

 Conduct Azure readiness assessments to evaluate organizational

preparedness for cloud adoption

 Develop reports and recommendations on prerequisites, risks, and

dependencies for cloud migration and integration

 Design and deploy Azure Landing Zones in accordance with Microsoft Cloud

Adoption Framework (CAF)

 Ensure network, identity, security, and governance requirements are factored

into platform readiness

 Support migration planning activities as they relate to application integration,

connectivity, and platform dependencies

Discovery & Solution Design

 Engage stakeholders to understand business and technical integration

requirements

 Document functional and non-functional requirements for integration and

platform services

 Design secure, scalable integration patterns aligned with Azure best practices

 Collaborate with solution architects to ensure integration components align

with overall cloud architecture

Build & Implementation

 Develop integration solutions using Microsoft Azure services:

o Logic Apps

o Azure Functions

o Azure Service Bus

o API Management

o Event Grid and Data Factory (as needed)

 Implement CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, logging and monitoring

using Azure DevOps and Application Insights

 Ensure secure and compliant configurations in accordance with enterprise

policies

 Lead and mentor junior consultants/developers in implementing integration

solutions

Testing, Transition & Support

 Lead validation and internal testing of integration components

 Document interface contracts, deployment steps, and known issues

 Work with QA and support teams during testing, release, and post-go-live

support

 Participate in go-live planning, cutover execution, and hypercare

Essential Skills & Experience

 5+ years of integration development experience, with 2+ years on Microsoft

Azure

 Experience with Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, Functions, API

Management, Service Bus, Event Grid

 Experience in building integration solutions aligned with the Azure Well-

Architected Framework is highly desirable.

 Solid understanding of cloud integration patterns, REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2,

asynchronous messaging

 Experience conducting Azure readiness assessments or cloud platform audits

 Hands-on experience designing or deploying Azure Landing Zones

 Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM platforms is also a

strong advantage.

 Familiarity with hybrid network/security design (e.g., ExpressRoute, Private

Endpoints, Azure Firewall)

 Proficiency in scripting languages and DevOps automation (Azure DevOps)

Desirable Skills

 Familiarity with cloud migration projects, particularly related to application or

integration workloads

 Experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Bicep, Terraform)

 Knowledge of event-driven or microservices-based architectures

 Background in identity management and authentication integration with Azure

AD

 Ability to contribute to internal standards, frameworks, and architectural

governance

Qualifications

 Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field

 Microsoft certifications such as:

o Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)

o Azure Integration Services / Dev Associate (AZ-204)
