Inventory Staff

To monitor asset conditions, prevent losses or misuse, and ensure smooth daily operations through proper employee accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Inventory
  • Monitor vehicle registration, insurance, and OR/CR expiration.
  • Maintain complete vehicle records (brand/model, plate number, value).
  • Inspect vehicle condition (tires, lights, body, mirrors, handbrake, seatbelts, engine).
  • Monitor delivery permits.
2. Heavy Equipment
  • Monitor OR, insurance validity, and delivery permits.
  • Track Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) schedules.
3. Tools & Equipment
  • Monitor PMS, consumable replacement (filters, belts, blades), lubrication, and cleaning.
  • Check warranty documents, asset codes, and serial numbers.
4. Office Equipment
  • Track maintenance, consumables, and documentation (warranty, asset tags, serial numbers).
5. IT Equipment
  • Maintain inventory records (brand, model, serial number).
  • Monitor status and condition of devices.
  • Track software licenses, validity, antivirus status.
  • Assign accountability to employees and monitor transfer history.
  • Maintain warranty files and accountability logs.
6. Asset Control & Accountability
  • Prevent loss, misuse, and damage of company assets.
  • Track employee accountability for issued items.
  • Submit regular inventory and asset reports.
  • Coordinate with departments for asset issuance and retrieval.

Qualifications:
  • College Graduate – preferably Industrial Engineering or any related 4-year course.
  • With valid motorcycle driver's license and knows how to drive.
  • Detail-oriented, trustworthy, and highly organized.
  • Basic knowledge in documentation, asset tagging, and monitoring systems is an advantage.
  • Willing to do field inspections across company sites.
