About the role
The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization, communication, and coordination.
What you'll be doing
- Timely and accurate processing of internal documentation.
- Proper upkeep of office cleanliness, utilities, equipments, and facilities.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accessible records for payments, schedules, vehicle usage, and permits.
- Effective coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
- Ensure timely renewals of licenses, accreditation, LTO registrations, and submission of required reports,
- Provide efficient and discreet administrative assistance to the President and other Management Executive.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, employee clearance, and uniform/tool issuance processes.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work
- Proactive, resourceful and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must know how to drive and with valid driver's license
