We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our day-to-day office operations, with a primary focus on managing company paperwork, payables, and transaction records. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, reliable, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling and organizing company paperwork, records, and supporting documents
  • Ensuring files and records are complete, updated, and properly archived
  • Recording, tracking, and processing payables and basic transaction records
  • Organizing receipts, invoices, and other transaction-related documents
  • Coordinating with management and external stakeholders for document submission and clarifications
  • Assisting with basic payroll-related documentation and government filing support

The ideal candidate is:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable handling administrative and clerical tasks
  • Has basis familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Excel, or similar systems (training is provided)
  • Has general awareness of BIR and government requirements (advantage, not a requirement)
  • Can work independently while coordinating closely with the team
