Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment process for roles across the Australian market.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing methods.
  • Screen applications and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with Australian hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates in the AU market.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide recruitment insights.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to improving recruitment strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques for the AU market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.

Remote Setup Requirements

  • Must have a reliable home office setup
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Willingness to work Australian business hours / shifts
