Are you passionate about ensuring high-quality standards in food production and maintaining safety protocols? Join our team as a Quality Control Associate and play a vital role in upholding the integrity and excellence of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and inspect product quality at various stages of the production process.

Maintain detailed documentation of quality inspections, test results, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with production, sanitation, and warehouse teams to resolve quality issues effectively.

Ensure adherence to food safety protocols.

Utilize software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Docs for data tracking and reporting.

Stay up-to-date on industry best practices, safety regulations, and quality assurance trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Tourism Management, Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or any food-related field.

Prior experience in a quality control or assurance role in the food industry is preferred (entry-level experience accepted).

Solid understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Meticulous attention to detail and a highly organized work style.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
