RH Global Communications & Computer ServicesJob DescriptionDescriptionMaintain and update accounting records, journals, and ledgers. Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in the accounting software. Accounts Payable and Receivable:Process invoices and payments to vendors and suppliers.

Prepare and send invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments. Perform monthly bank and cash reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Reconcile accounts receivable and payable balances to ensure proper recording.

Payroll Support:Assist in processing payroll and ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Tax Filing Support:Help in preparing tax returns and ensure tax compliance. Assist in generating reports for internal and external audits.

RequirementsTechnical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Microsoft Excel). Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS). Attention to Detail:Ability to perform tasks accurately and thoroughly with a strong focus on detail.

Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and issues. Time Management:Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple financial tasks effectively. Communication Skills:Good written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with management, clients, and vendors.
