About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the finance team at Radtelcom Technologies Corporation in Davao City, Davao del Sur. As a full-time team member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting the overall accounting operations. What you'll be doing

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable and receivable processing
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy of financial records
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and other documents as required
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries and resolve any discrepancies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting procedures and processes
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably in the technology industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
  • Resourceful and proactive in problem-solving
  • Familiarity with accounting principles, practices, and regulations
