As an
Associate Security Consultant
, you will be part of our talent development pathway, gradually building your technical and consulting skills. This includes:

• Participating in structured training delivered through guided sessions, mentorship, and self-paced learning.
• Shadowing experienced consultants on live engagements to gain exposure to real-world penetration testing and security assessments.
• Learning to perform technical tasks such as identifying, testing, and documenting security vulnerabilities in applications, infrastructure, and systems.
• Developing consultancy skills by practicing clear communication of technical issues and security recommendations.
• Transitioning to billable client-facing work once training milestones are met, with continued guidance from mentors and managers.

Essential Skills

To succeed in this program, enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn are key. We look for individuals who are naturally curious, hardworking, and enjoy problem-solving.

Candidates should ideally demonstrate proficiency in three or more of the following:

• Any relevant cybersecurity or penetration testing experience.
• Experience with web development or web application frameworks (NodeJS, ReactJS, ASP.Net, AngularJS, Flask, Ruby on Rails.)
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, switching, and routing.
• Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Programming skills (Python, Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, etc.)
• Databases such as SQL, MySQL, Postgres, or NoSQL.
• Administration or setup of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Desirable Attributes

• Understanding of
  mobile application security
  (iOS/Android)
• Awareness of current cybersecurity trends and news.
• Knowledge of security tools (Kali Linux, Burp Suite, Nessus, Insomnia, Postman, Nmap, etc.)
• Strong interest in ethical hacking (HackTheBox, TryHackMe, Immersive Labs, VulnHub, etc.)
• Clear motivation to pursue a career in cybersecurity.
