Job Summary

The Messenger is responsible for delivering and collecting documents, packages, and other items between offices, departments, or external parties in a timely and professional manner. The role requires efficiency, reliability, and strong organizational skills to support smooth operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities :


Deliver and pick up official documents, packages, letters, and other items from one location to another.

Ensure the safe and confidential handling of all deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.

Obtain signatures or acknowledgements upon delivery or collection.

Run errands such as banking transactions, government office visits, post office tasks. etc.

Assist in minor office support tasks as needed ( e.g., photocopying, filling, document scanning )

Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

Follow all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.


Job Qualifications :


High School diploma or equivalent .

Must have a valid driver's license with DL Codes A and B

Can drive both motorcycle and light vehicle.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage .

Basic knowledge of routes and locations in the area.

Ability to work independently and handle urgent deliveries .

Physically fit to handle walking and lifting light packages.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
