Job Summary:

The Accounting Intern will assist the Finance and Accounting team in performing day-to-day accounting operations. The role provides hands-on exposure to general accounting processes, documentation, and compliance requirements within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recording and organizing accounting transactions, invoices, and receipts.
  • Support in the preparation and reconciliation of financial reports, vouchers, and statements.
  • Help with the monitoring and filing of accounting documents and other related records.
  • Participate in data encoding and validation to ensure accuracy and completeness of entries.
  • Assist in the coordination of audit requirements and internal compliance documentation.
  • Perform other administrative or accounting-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business course.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Amenable to report onsite at Unilox Industrial Corporation.
