Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders received via phone, email, or online.
- Verify order and customer information for accuracy.
- Issue invoices and process payments.

- Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance and trends.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support and after-sales service.

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like preparing documents or presentations.
- Monitor sales goals and help the team meet quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is often required.
- Must have 3-5 years experience as Sales Admin
- Technical skills: In-depth knowledge of the technical products or services the company sells is essential.
- Sales and business acumen: Experience in sales, especially solution selling, is a significant asset.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for explaining complex information and building client relationships.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges.
- Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple accounts, tasks, and projects effectively.
- Provide technical expertise: Serve as the technical point of contact for customers, answering questions and explaining product functionality.
- Develop and deliver solutions: Assess customer needs and present technical solutions through product demonstrations and presentations.
- Prepare proposals and quotes: Create technical proposals, quotations, and other sales-related documentation.
- Act as a liaison: Communicate customer requirements and feedback to internal product development and engineering teams.
- Provide training and support: Train customers on how to use products and provide after-sales technical support.
- Conduct research: Stay up-to-date on new technologies and market trends.
