We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children enhance their daily living skills, motor development, and independence through engaging and individualized therapy.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans based on each child's needs.
  • Provide therapy sessions to support sensory processing, fine motor, and functional skills.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Create a fun, motivating, and supportive therapy environment.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards and ethical practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (Master's preferred).
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC).
  • Experience working with children or in pediatric settings is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
