Job Summary

  • Interviews patients and his relatives/companions regarding present and past history of illness.
  • Keeps accurate and complete records of patient's data, OT evaluation, progress notes and treatment programs.
  • Carries out physical therapy procedures as prescribed by the physiatrists and accredited physiatrists outside of OLLH.
  • Clears with the physiatrist all direct referrals before carrying out prescriptions.
  • Fabricates splints and assistive devices.
  • Transports in-patient from room to PMRD and vice-versa.

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy
  • PRC Board Passer
  • Newly-Licensed Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
  • With one-time sign on bonus
