About the role

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Quezon City, Metro Manila. As a Mixed Service Account agent, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service to clients across a variety of communication channels, including both voice and non-voice interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to start a career in customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Engage with customers through phone, email, chat and other digital channels to understand and resolve their queries and concerns
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Efficiently document customer interactions and update customer records in the company's database
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  6. Actively participate in training and development programmes to enhance your skills

What we're looking for

  1. A positive, customer-centric attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills
  2. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. Fluency in both English and Filipino
  5. Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates
