Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations

  • Familiar with construction materials

  • Maintains and oversees the inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items, ensuring the efficient delivery of goods or materials.

  • Oversees and coordinates daily warehouse activities such as receiving and storing materials and goods, manages inventory levels, efficient delivery of materials on-site

  • Uses common warehouse management systems

  • Supervises the warehouse/driver staff and their activities

  • Implements and recommends improvements on warehouse processes and procedures

  • Tracks inbound and outbound inventory

  • Coordinates requested supplies or orders with the Purchasing Department

  • Update the Purchasing Department with regards to delivering or picking up materials to the supplier/on-site and transfer of materials per site

  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is an advantage).
  • With at least 1 year of experience in construction coordination or related role (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality requirements is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
