We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller with experience in infusion services to join our team You know your way around coding, insurance verification, and claims management — and you've got infusion billing down to a science. What You'll Be Doing

  • Submit accurate claims for infusion services using correct CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
  • Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and follow up on denials
  • Post payments, reconcile patient and insurance accounts, and create billing reports
  • Stay current with industry regulations and payer policies specific to infusion billing
  • Assist patients with billing-related questions and provide support on payment options

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in infusion billing and medical coding
  • Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as WeInfuse, Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
  • Certification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CPC, CHONC) is a plus
  • Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
  • Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer

Technical Requirements

  • Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
  • Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
  • Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as WeInfuse, Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
