We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Medical Biller with experience in infusion services to join our team You know your way around coding, insurance verification, and claims management — and you've got infusion billing down to a science. What You'll Be Doing
- Submit accurate claims for infusion services using correct CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 codes
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain pre-authorizations, and follow up on denials
- Post payments, reconcile patient and insurance accounts, and create billing reports
- Stay current with industry regulations and payer policies specific to infusion billing
- Assist patients with billing-related questions and provide support on payment options
What We're Looking For
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Hands-on experience in infusion billing and medical coding
- Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as WeInfuse, Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
- Certification in medical billing/coding (e.g., CPC, CHONC) is a plus
- Available to work in US time zones (Graveyard shift in the Philippines)
- Available to start within 2 weeks from job offer
Technical Requirements
- Comfortable in using time-trackers (e.g. Time Doctor)
- Own laptop/desktop, noise-cancelling headphones, and webcam
- Reliable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps)
- Available backup equipment in cases of power and internet outages
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with EHR and billing systems such as WeInfuse, Kareo, Simple Practice, or similar
