Job Description

As a Junior Analyst - FP&A, you'll support senior leaders in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and data-driven insights that shape strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate across teams, deliver actionable analysis, and ensure accuracy in every report that drives success.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Proven analytical experience in investment banking or public accounting is a plus.
• High proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; advanced Excel modeling skills required.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong attention to accuracy.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills; can multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of GAAP and key financial concepts.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools. Familiarity with Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, or Salesforce is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.

Your Daily Tasks

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments and regions to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with finance, accounting, and sales leaders to ensure data accuracy and process improvements.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for senior management, including budget variance analysis.
• Support Accounting during month-end close through reporting, accruals, and headcount analysis.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Conduct research and present findings and recommendations to leadership teams.
