As an Analyst in Supply Planning (MRP), you will be responsible for managing inventory of raw and packaging materials within your assigned cluster. This role involves close coordination with key supply chain functions, including procurement, logistics, quality, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory for raw and packaging materials across designated SKUs.

  • Monitor supply planning performance and adjust plans as needed while effectively communicating with stakeholders.

  • Handle product transitions, ensuring minimal slow-moving or obsolete inventory and reducing write-offs.

  • Define and optimize inventory policies such as safety stock levels, reorder points, and ABC categorization across the supply chain, from manufacturing plants to distribution centers.

  • Maintain planning-related documentation and reporting.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  • Report directly to the Associate Manager of Supply Planning.

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related fields (open to fresh graduates).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Results-driven and quality-focused.

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and persuasive mindset.

  • Ideally, 2 years of relevant experience in supply planning or a similar role, preferably in a multinational or multicultural environment.

  • Experience with SAP (ECC/APO) is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply planning processes, distribution capabilities, and inventory management methodologies.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
