Prosolve Business Support Inc. is seeking a skilled Accounting Staff to join our growing team in Tanauan City Batangas. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall accounting functions of the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Preparing and processing financial documents
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Providing support to the finance team in completing accounting tasks and projects
  • Ensuring compliance with national/local regulatory requirements, relevant accounting standards and internal policies
  • Performing data entry and analysis to support financial reporting

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and confidentiality
