Job Overview:

This role focuses on agency partnership management, community engagement, and event execution to enhance broadcaster participation and platform growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agency Liaison & Community Management: Serve as the key contact for agencies, address inquiries, and foster long-term collaboration; maintain agency communities to boost engagement.

  2. Case Analysis & Optimization: Track agency feedback, provide operational insights, and refine cooperation strategies.

  3. Event Planning: Design and execute online/offline events (e.g., host competitions, workshops), overseeing end-to-end logistics, rule-setting, and post-event reviews.

  4. Promotional Material Design: Create event posters and social media visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

  5. Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing/product teams to maximize event exposure.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

  2. More than 1 years' experience in event/community operations; livestreaming/e-commerce experience preferred.

  3. Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop/Canva) for basic visual production.

  4. Analytical skills to evaluate event performance via Excel/PPT reports.

  5. Excellent communication skills to manage multiple agency stakeholders.

  6. Results-driven, innovative, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

Work Arrangement:

This role requires working from the office five days a week.
