About the Role

The Cashier is responsible for handling daily cash transactions, preparing invoices and delivery receipts, supporting sales and logistics operations, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and collectors. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring efficient financial and administrative support to company operations.


What You'll Do

Essential Job Functions

Cash Handling & Collection

  • Collects/receives cash for walk-in and pick-up customers.
  • Conducts cash counts for collections in Cebu, Carbon, Outlet, and BFI.
  • Provides cash for cash advances and prepares check collections.

Sales & Order Processing

  • Prepares Delivery Receipts (DRs) for walk-in and pick-up customers.
  • Inputs orders in QuickBooks and invoices in OMNI system.
  • Monitors sales invoices for BIR purposes under BPM.

Logistics & Delivery Support

  • Requests re-inspection and allowance for deliveries.
  • Prepares delivery permits for North, South, walk-in clients.

Supplier & Storage Coordination

  • Receives billings from suppliers and storages.

Client, Supplier & Collector Interaction

  • Handles inquiries from walk-in clients, collectors, and suppliers.

Qualifications & Key Skills:

  • Cash handling and reconciliation
  • Sales invoice and delivery receipt preparation
  • Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, OMNI)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Basic document management and permit preparation
