POSITION SUMMARY

  • This position carries responsibilities for the overall development, execution, and monitoring of sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving business growth.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The Sales Head will play a key role in driving the company's commercial direction and execution.

  • He or She will be specifically responsible for the following, but not limited to:

  • Lead, train, develop, and inspire sales and marketing teams, while working closely with the support group to achieve sales and revenue targets and ensure seamless execution of business plans.

  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.

  • Drive business development initiatives - including pricing strategies and brand positioning, demand creation, customer expansion across relevant sectors - to ensure strong market penetration, sustainable growth and strategic brand positioning of all CTHC products.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to guide in strategic decisions.

  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 10 years of experience in a sales and team leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced, and multi-national pharmaceutical industry.

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

  • Excellent command of both verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient in sales report preparation and analysis using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Power BI, etc.)
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Philippine market and business landscape.
  • Equipped with strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or any medical-related field; MBA or any related certification is a plus.
